- 50% Deposit (maximum payment of 2 days after the invoice is received)
- 50% Full Payment (maximum 30 days before the trip)
- If you make a reservation less than 30 days in advance, please make full payment 100%.
Term & Conditions
- Reservations will be confirmed after we receive a deposit which is payable no later than 2 days after the initial booking is made.
- We reserve the right to make available offers for other guests if the deposit has not been received within the timeframe stated above.
- If you have any problems with payment, and need more time, please provide us with information.
Cancellation Police
- 60 days or more prior departure : Full refund minus a IDR 500.000 Administration Fee
- 59 days – 0 day of departure : No Refund
Reschedule
- You can reschedule up to 45 days before your trip (for shared trips)
- You can reschedule up to 60 days before your trip (for private charters)
Emergency
- If an emergency/force majeure/riot/bad weather/government regulations or other reasons occur, which result in the ship being unable to sail at that time, then you have the following options: 1. Reschedule your trip date. 2. Get a 70% refund.
