50% Full Payment (maximum 60 days before the trip)
If you make a reservation less than 60 days in advance, please make full payment 100%.

Reservations will be confirmed after we receive a deposit which is payable no later than 2 days after the initial booking is made.
We reserve the right to make available offers for other guests if the deposit has not been received within the timeframe stated above.
If you have any problems with payment, and need more time, please provide us with information.

Cancellation Policy

60 days or more prior departure : Full refund minus a IDR 1.500.000 Administration Fee
59 days – 0 day of departure : No Refund

You can reschedule up to 45 days before your trip (for shared trips)
You can reschedule up to 60 days before your trip (for private charters)

Emergency

If an emergency/force majeure/riot/bad weather/government regulations or other reasons occur, which result in the ship being unable to sail at that time, then you have the following options: 1. Reschedule your trip date. 2. Get a 70% refund.
